Vegan Meal prep cooking class – $80/pp
Join Jeremy Dean at his Vodega Kitchen where we will create a full weeks’ worth of Vegan creations personally tailored to YOUR dietary restrictions and personal tastes.
Make sure to bring your own take away containers (we can definitely provide as well if need be), and we will have a full basket of the freshest local produce to work with. And if you want to BYOB some boozy beverages too, feel free 🙂




Taste of Traditional Thai - $125/pp
Enjoy a fun, fulfilling array of traditional Thai favorites in this hands-on class.
As Chef Jeremy traveled throughout Asia, he found there was something special about Thailand that called him back multiple times throughout his journey. After beginning to call Bangkok home, Chef Jeremy discovered he had several favorite dishes. These are the meals that reflect his experience in Thailand.You will begin with vegan, lactose-free mixed grains dressed with a zesty citronette.
Then, you will build a juicy heirloom tomato salad that is almost too beautiful to eat. Lastly, create an entree platter featuring a stunning all-natural airline chicken breast complete with a five-star presentation factor and moist, juicy meat sided by creamy polenta and perfectly grilled summer squash.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
